Fire-Retardant Products - SafeLeigh

A family of products consisting of para and meta aramids and other intrinsically fire-retardant fibers as well as treated recycled cottons and synthetics.

SafeLeigh — meets fire-retardant requirements at the lowest possible cost

SafeLeigh Natural — for higher-end applications demanding a whiter- looking product and a higher level of meta- aramids

SafeLeigh Premium — the purest grade with the highest meta-aramid level

Uses: needlepunch, barrier fabrics, coarse yarn spinning

Aramid

Fire-retardant fiber, either meta-aramid or high-strength para-aramid.

Uses: needle-punched nonwovens, coarse yarn spinning

Pre-Blends, Shoddy, and Other Components

Custom blends of machined shoddy blended with low melt fibers, foam, high strength fibers or other multi-component fibers.

Uses: automotive padding, thermal bonded structures
