We do Contract Processing

We will happily contract process almost any type of textile by-product so that it can be reused by the supplier.

Examples of some contract processing we do are:

• Blending BiComponent Bonding Fibers with other fibers for use in thermo-bonded pad manufacture.
• Opening thread waste for reuse in coarse yarn spinning.
• Opening carpet waste for use in carpet underlay pads.
• Cleaning cotton card waste for blending with virgin cotton for reuse in spinning.
• Opening nonwoven waste for reuse in nonwoven production

We use the same equipment and processes as when producing our proprietary grades, being careful to follow rigorous cleaning and quality control procedures to ensure product quality.

We are in the process of being certified ISO 9002.
